We require 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled service date, otherwise there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service. We understand that life happens and would love to work with you in the future!
NEW GUEST HAIR COLOR/EXTENSION SERVICES
We require a complimentary consultation prior to all new guest hair color and extension services. This consultation allows the Hairdresser and the guest to discuss the vision and pricing for the service.
We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied
As a community focused salon, We welcome families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children, ages 8 and under, are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child, age 8 or under, to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time.
The liability is too great for the salon to assume responsibility.
HAIRCUT AND COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for services provided. Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!
Unfortunately, there is no Free Parking for the salon. However, there are parking meters in front of the salon and several parking garages near by. SPOTHERO is a great option for finding affordable parking while receiving your service.
